Oct 24, 2019: 2nd Annual Silent Auction & Cocktail Party

Thanks to nearly 100 supporters and guests, Cold Capital Fund raised over $22,000 at its October 24th 2nd Annual Silent Auction & Cocktail Party! We're so grateful to those that came to support Cold Capital Fund, enabling us to provide even more financial assistance to DC/Maryland/Virginia chemotherapy patients who want to prevent hair loss using cold caps/scalp cooling therapy but can’t afford it. It was wonderful to have NBC-4 anchor Eun Yang as our emcee, to hear first-hand from two of our grant recipients how your support made a difference in their lives, and to have the chance to honor INOVA's Dr. Lauren Mauro for her ongoing support of patients using scalp cooling/cold caps.

Oct 11, 2018: Silent Auction & Cocktail Party

On October 11th, we hosted over 100 guests for a Silent Auction & Cocktail Party at the City Club of Washington. Thanks to their generous donations and support, we raised over $20,000!! GW University also announced a pledge of $2,500 at the event. All of these funds will enable us to help more DC/MD/VA chemotherapy patients fighting hair loss using cold caps/scalp cooling. Special thanks to Jennifer Griffin, Fox News, for emcee'ing the event, and to our wonderful speakers including Kim Russo, CEO of GW University Hospital and Dr. Rachel Brem, Director of GW's Breast Imaging and Intervention Center.
